Animals bred in calf hutches are acknowledged to be healthier, have lower mortality rates, have better immunity to disease and weigh more after weaning. The hutches also reduce the risk of group infection and, as a result provide, lower vetinary treatment costs. The calf hutches provide every animal with ample space, permanent fresh air circulation using in-built ventilation systems. Extra windows can be cut into each cabin for added ventilation if required.

Titans calf hutches are lightweight, making them easy to transport, re-locate and store. They can also be fixed to the ground for added stability. The hutches are made of durable, UV-resistant medium density polyethylene and provide many years of efficient use.
