With a bunded design manufactured of high quality polyethylene FuelMasters are not affected by extremes in weather, they are UV resistant and offer maximum protection against potential leaks that might cause damage to the environment. The FuelMaster® range requires minimal maintenance and is designed to provide years of trouble-free service.
FuelMaster® also gives a peace of mind, with the pump and dispensing equipment stored in a custom-designed lockable cabinet, making unauthorised access difficult. The FuelMaster® is also light and easily transported by a forklift truck or trailer, when empty.
The FuelMaster® is very economical: fuel for the tanks can be purchased at reduced prices ensuring a speedy payback; the volume of fuel is controlled by the flow meter with two-function display; and oil supplies can be maintained at a constant level. This product is ideal for companies that use vehicles and heavy duty machines with diesel engines, for instance construction, courier services or agriculture. (Please note the FuelMaster® is not suitable for storage and distribution of Biodiesel. Please ask about our Biotank range for this purpose).

Standard equipment:
- 1200, 2500, 3500, or 5000 and 9000 litre tanks with
a modern bunded design, - Fuel distributor is equipped with an electric pump
(230V), maximum capacity of 72l/min. (3500, 5000
and 9000 l) or 56 l/min. (1200 and 2500 l), - Analogue flow meter with two-function display
(total and current volume), can be calibrated
(accuracy adjustment), - Lockable distributor cabinet,
- Integrated with the leakage detector, the oil level
signaling device (Watchman Plus) consists of a
probe fitted in the tank, a small battery operated
transmitter and a receiver with display showing the
current oil level. The receiver can be powered from
any 230V socket located up to 1000m from the
tank. The current oil level is shown on the receiver
display (in a 10 grade scale), - Maximum level sensor, which works with delivery
tank truck filling system, - Flexible suction pipe with stop valve and fine filter,
- Automatic shut off valve with 4m (1200 and 2500 l
tanks) and 6m (3500, 5000 and 9000 l) flexible hose;
bigger tanks (5000 and 9000 l) can be optionally
equipped with a 12 m hose reel, - Lockable 16" inspection lid (in the external tank) in
3500, 5000 and 9000 l tanks, - 2" filler ferrule with a dry-coupling, positioned in the
distributor cabinet to make refueling easy, - SpillStop overfill protection (3500, 500 and 6000 l
tanks), - Tight lid on the internal tank (4'' diameter),
- Vent in the internal tank,
- Earthing.
