The Titan Eko's warranty covers our single skin polyethylene products for five years, bunded for ten years and pump and accessories for one year. Please note, that the warranty does not cover the following:
- Mechanical damage caused by the user or dealer,
- Faults and damage resulting from improper use (ignoring the manual instructions),
- Shorter product life resulting from improper use,
- Faults resulting from improper use of products,
- Damage caused by third parties, in particular acts of vandalism,
- Standard maintenance procedures listed in the enclosed manual.
Making a claim
If you would like to make a claim, please present your local dealer with proof of purchase, such as a receipt or an invoice. Claims will only be recognised where the purchase was made.Post-warranty period
